How to Book...
Booking a place on a course is simple...
Scheduled Navigation Courses & Walking Breaks.
- Although places are sometimes available at short notice, we work with very small groups so early booking is recommended, especially if you want to join us at peak periods. Prior to booking you may find it useful to contact us to check availability & discuss your requirements.
- Provisional bookings can be made by email or telephone and will be held for 10 days unless otherwise arranged.
- To confirm your booking, either complete the booking form enclosed with our brochure or simply write to us, enclosing a non-returnable deposit of 20% of the fee. On receipt we will confirm your booking in writing and send you a kit list and a course questionnaire. Crossed cheques/postal orders should be made payable to Kevin Walker Mountain Activities. If you would prefer to pay us via internet banking, please email or telephone the office on 01874 658784 for our bank details.
- The balance of the fee is due three weeks prior to the course. Full joining instructions will be sent on receipt of your remittance.
- If joining a walking break at short notice, you will need to contact us to check availability & get joining instructions. In this situation, payment can be made in cash on arrival for the walk.
Personal Tuition & 1:1 Coaching.
- Please contact us in order to discuss your requirements and explore the best ways in which to achieve them. This is particularly important if you wish your tuition or coaching to be based in an area other than the Brecon Beacons.
- If contacting us online, please give us as much information as possible, including the number of people involved, what you wish to achieve, and when (and where) you want to do it.
- As with scheduled courses, provisional bookings will be held for 10 days pending receipt of a completed booking form (or covering letter or email) and a 20% deposit, paid either by cheque or via internet banking.
- On receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your booking in writing and send you a kit list and a course questionnaire.
